Terms of Use for Team64 Forms - Sheets Autorizate
Rules for using the Team64 Forms & Google Sheets integration, including the external hub on team64.uz.
1. Scope of the service
The application connects the Team64 Forms WordPress plugin with Google Sheets
via an external hub hosted on team64.uz. The plugin sends normalized
form submissions to the hub, and the hub uses OAuth tokens to call Google APIs
and write rows into the spreadsheets you select.
2. Your responsibilities
By using the integration you confirm that you:
- have administrator rights for the website where the plugin is installed;
- have lawful access to the Google account you connect;
- configure access rights and spreadsheet structure on your own;
- ensure that the processing of personal data on your site complies with applicable law;
- inform your end-users that their form data may transit through the external hub on
team64.uzin order to be written to Google Sheets.
3. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Team64 is not liable for:
- outages or changes in Google services, the external hub, or your hosting provider;
- errors caused by incorrect configuration of the plugin, access permissions or spreadsheet structure;
- loss or alteration of data resulting from third-party actions or security incidents affecting your infrastructure;
- your failure to comply with data-protection or e-commerce regulations applicable to your website.
4. Google API usage and external hub
The application uses Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services Terms and the Google Privacy Policy. By granting access you also agree to those rules.
You acknowledge that certain processing steps (token refresh and direct calls to
Google Sheets) occur on the external hub at team64.uz, which acts
solely as a technical intermediary between your site and Google services.
5. Termination
You can stop using the integration at any time by disabling or removing the plugin from your site and revoking its access in your Google account. If translations differ, the Russian version of these Terms of Use prevails.
