Privacy Policy for Team64 Forms - Sheets Autorizate

Details about what data the Team64 Forms & Google Sheets integration (including the external hub on team64.uz) processes and how it is protected.

1. Who we are

Team64 Forms - Sheets Autorizate consists of a WordPress plugin and an external hub hosted on team64.uz. The plugin on your site sends normalized form data to the hub, and the hub, using OAuth tokens, writes rows into the Google Sheets you have configured.

2. Data we process

In the course of operation we may process:

  • your Google account identifier and email address;
  • OAuth tokens issued by Google (access token, refresh token, expiry time);
  • data submitted by users through forms on your website (field contents);
  • minimal technical metadata (site URL, spreadsheet ID, sheet title, Google API response codes, etc.) used for error logging and diagnostics.

3. Access to Google data

During authorization the application requests only the scopes required for the integration:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly – to list spreadsheets;
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets – to write data to selected sheets.

Data obtained from Google is used solely to deliver and manage form submissions and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

4. Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored in two places:

  • on your WordPress site – inside the plugin configuration, to display connection status and keep the admin UI functional;
  • on the external hub hosted on team64.uz – in a per-site configuration file which the hub uses to refresh access tokens and write data to Google Sheets when form submissions arrive.

Form contents are transmitted from your site to the hub over HTTPS and then written into the Google Sheets you configured. The hub does not maintain a separate long-term database of form field contents; persistent storage of submissions happens in Google Sheets and in any logs or databases configured on your own site.

The hub may keep technical logs with minimal metadata (for example site URL, spreadsheet ID, response codes) without storing the textual contents of form fields, except where temporarily necessary to diagnose a specific error.

5. Your rights

You can at any time:

  • revoke the application’s access in your Google account security settings;
  • disable or remove the Team64 Forms plugin from your website;
  • contact Team64 support with any privacy-related questions.
