Privacy Policy for Team64 Forms - Sheets Autorizate

1. Who we are

Team64 Forms - Sheets Autorizate is an integration that connects the Team64 Forms WordPress plugin with Google Sheets in order to store form submissions in spreadsheets you select.

2. Data we process

In the course of operation we may process:

• your Google account identifier and email address;
• OAuth tokens issued by Google (access token, refresh token, expiry time);
• data submitted by users through forms on your website.

3. Access to Google data

During authorization the application requests only the scopes required for the integration:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly – to list spreadsheets;
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets – to write data to selected sheets.

The data obtained from Google is used solely to deliver and manage form submissions and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

4. Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored on your own WordPress site (for example in the plugin configuration or database). A temporary hub on the team64.uz domain may briefly store tokens only for the purpose of sending them back to your site.

Form data is stored according to your website configuration and connected services (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.). You, as the site owner, are responsible for complying with local data-protection regulations.

5. Your rights

You can at any time:

• revoke the application’s access in your Google account security settings;
• disable or remove the Team64 Forms plugin from your website;
• contact Team64 support with any privacy-related questions.

If there is any discrepancy between language versions of this policy, the Russian version shall prevail.
